Our Code of Ethics

Fairness
Our Mortgage Professionals shall treat clients with respect and dignity, and in a manner that is fair, reasonable and as they would want to be treated.
 
Confidentiality
Our Mortgage Professionals shall appropriately respect, protect, preserve and safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of information obtained from and about clients.

Integrity
Our Mortgage Professionals shall act with integrity by adhering to the letter and spirit of this Code of Ethics, which include disclosure of potential conflicts of interest to clients and accurately describing both the costs and benefits of the products and services presented to clients.
 
Competence
Our Mortgage Professionals shall provide services to clients in a competent manner, acquiring and maintaining necessary and appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to do so. 

Our Mortgage Professionals shall advise clients to seek legal, tax, and investment counsel and advice, if it appears to be in the best interests of such clients and that they do so, prior to making mortgage decisions.  Mortgage Professionals who are not qualified and appropriately licensed to provide such counsel and advice to clients shall not do so, and shall, instead, refer such clients to those who are.

Diligence
Our Mortgage Professionals shall provide services to clients with diligence and due care, promptly, thoughtfully, in a manner considerate of the interests of clients; and shall comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements which include the provisions of the Federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.

Disclosure
Our Mortgage Professionals shall timely and accurately disclose all material and facts relevant to the relationship, including business affiliations, contact information, the scope of and limitations on their authority to act; and information required by all laws applicable to the relationship in a manner complying with such laws, including estimates of cost and fees and full disclosure of loan programs and terms.

Compensation
Our Mortgage Professionals compensation shall be reasonable, clearly identified and based on reasonable assumptions;  and shall not,
under any circumstances accept cash from clients. 
 
Communication & Advertising
Our Professionals shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or communicate with clients through false misleading or deceptive unfair communications or advertisements or in any manner inconsistent with applicable law.

Fiduciary Obligations
Our Mortgage Professionals shall not engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation, or knowingly make a material false or misleading statement to clients or others. 

Our Mortgage Professionals shall offer and provide their products and services to all clients who may be eligible or qualified for them, and in compliance with all applicable fair housing and fair lending laws.
